LVL Up Shipping Policy

At LVL Up, we are committed to providing our customers with fast and efficient shipping services. Our products are available for shipment within the United States and Canada. We ship every order within 1 business day.

Domestic Shipping: For all LVL Up products, we offer standard shipping for a flat rate of $50 per unit. For all other products, we offer ground UPS standard shipping.

International Shipping: For our international customers, we offer standard ground UPS shipping for all LVL Up products. The shipping cost will be calculated based on the destination and the number of units ordered.

Order Processing Time: Once an order is placed, it takes us 4-6 weeks to process it. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been shipped.

Local Delivery Options: At this time, we do not offer local pickup options. All orders will be delivered via standard ground UPS.

Returns and Service Interruptions: If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of receipt for a full refund. In case of any service interruptions, we will inform you as soon as possible and work to resolve the issue promptly.
